The warrants will be 15 millions total at price of $7. The cap is 27 millions dollars, so that the warrant is %67 percent dilution, very bad. Will we see 7 bottoms because of selling of warrant holders for quick buck? I bet the stock will hold up due to sound fundamentals. I hope Barraon's article sure will support the stock a bit short term.

How many more warrants does SHED have in the future? If SHED continue this kind of practice of HUGE warrant dilution, it is going to be bad for the stock. I know they issued large amount of share holder warrants at strike stock price of $20 in 1995, which expires in over 2000. There may be more others types of warrants outstanding.
