You have to watch out for the ole Howe Street paper machine style of business, for sure ... judgment is best based on balancing off what they accomplish with the funds raised from share issuance ... and of course viewed in light of prevailing winds du jour - times have been extremely tough for explorers in the last few years, worst period ever bar none ... i hold one, ngt.v, that didn't have many shares out a year ago, had to do a .15 financing in the fall, ouch, but they just did another at double that, .30 ... then you look at the project Salamandra, the relationship with Alamos/Millar, and judge whether it's worth the market cap ..... which is the thing, market cap, and not shareprice ... you know, in the UK they are even more accustomed to shareprices in the pennies than we are in the great white north, it's not considered an advantage at all to have price per unit above any arbitrary figure, all valuations are based on market cap purely
Trading penny shares - they say Pennaluna is great for US nationals, penntrade.com, but they're not ticketted for all states ... there was considerable discussion of this on russ' thread a while ago, some brokers really hose you on anything across a border, as well
