The moat is okay for now. Tim's tax gatherers haven't picked enough pockets yet to buy the alligators to fill it, and since it hasn't rained in months there's just a trickle of water in the bottom anyhow.

But wait 'till King Tim gets his steal -- I mean tax-and-spend policies at work, and then watch out.
