Multiband Announces Purchase of Ultra Vision New Jersey and New York Subscribers
-Expands Strategic Northeast Operations

MINNEAPOLIS, Mar 23, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Multiband Corporation, (MBND) announced today that it has acquired the New Jersey and New York subscribers of private cable operator, Ultra Vision, Inc. The transaction is expected to generate immediate positive cash flow for Multiband and the Company intends to expand its operations in the Northeast United States by introducing voice and data services to the existing video subscription offerings.
James L. Mandel, Multiband's CEO stated, "We are very pleased to conclude this acquisition and add to our expanding Northeast subscriber base.
