Fascinating how much of the growth apparent in the long term debt and total liabilities on the Yahoo quarterly reports... which takes you up to Sept... matches up with growth in Goodwill and Intangible Assets ? LOL!! Like I said... I'd have to stay on top of the details in their filings and do more work on the DD than I have done, to properly parse the full extent of the risks here... For now... I'm not judging it timely to make that effort... Give it a couple months... and we'll see how well they navigate the management of the real challenges... which are more about "getting the business right" and the pricing issues in the REE when they're not "on plan"... than they are about the issues in the paper chase.
