There was an article in a Vancouver newspaper today. WMI calls the offer opportunistic and woefully inadequate. Several analysts have 18 month target prices between $8.50 and $10.50. WMI will attempt to fend off the takeover. The company has compiled a list of 15 companies that may be approached as potential white knights. They say they expect a great deal of interest and a healthy auction. Could be interesting.
