Big uncertainty, Reuters probably has no choice but to sell more TIBX (check out insider selling info, they have been selling consistently, even when last time it was under $4). They are probably selling now. I don't have any position now. Last time had long position and sold for a small profit. Did not hold long enough to sell above $7.
