MSFT has cash on hand ... One thing different about MSFT is to compare the stockholders equity and the actual cash on-hand. This makes MSFT not follow the rules that you are saying about intrinsic value. I have not found the proper nitch for this company. Another point ... next months price change for MSN could result in 3 million users paying MSFT $20 by next summer, now that is neat. Joe in Renton
