MESSAGE FROM HAWKEYE TO THE SEC ATTORNEY HANDLING THE SLUP CASE

hawkeye has said many things over the past two weeks. hawkeye wants you to fully understand that his statements are not directed at you personally. Throughout all of this, hawkeye has attempted at every step of the way to make that clear to you and all. As hawkeye has stated in an earlier post on this thread, the fact that you worked at such a competent law firm is to your credit and indicates to hawkeye that you are highly intelligent and talented. However, on the basis of the facts currently known to hawkeye, and in particular, the unique competitive relationships between Solucorp's MBS process and the cement stabilitzation/encapsulation method, as well as the pervasive environmental activities of Browning-Ferris Industries, hawkeye believes that you should not have been assigned to work on the SLUP case.

hawkeye's experience in government service has been that at times we get caught up in things much larger than ourselves, that at the moment are not readily apparent. It is hawkeye's firm belief that you have been placed in such a situation. hawkeye is entitled to hold that view and to express it publicly. It is the price that we as public servants must pay to be involved with work that may directly effect the direction of the flow of large sums of capital through the economy and which directly impacts the lives of our fellow citizens. hawkeye, as much as anyone, fully appreciates
the frustrations of public service and how often we feel that our efforts are not appreciated by the public that we have dedicated our time to serve.

hawkeye firmly believes that he has done the right thing in bringing to the public's attention the facts here. hawkeye believes that as an officer of the court he was duty bound to do so. hawkeye also felt morally compelled to reveal the facts to his fellow stockholders and compatriots on this thread. Throughout his life, hawkeye has been a seeker of the truth and has always strived to do the right thing. hawkeye believes that he has adhered to that pattern here.

hawkeye suspects that the issues discussed on this thread have made you mad as a hornet and have increased your intent to prove what you believe it is that the officers of Solucorp have done wrong. That is how I would react. hawkeye is sincere in his desire to learn the truth here. If you are able to present a convincing case in a judicial forum, hawkeye would thank you for having brought the rogues to justice. But that remains far from being seen.

hawkeye has received indications that the Office of the Inspector General of your agency, on the basis of the presently available facts, does not perceive a conflict of interest in your representation of the publics interest in the Commission's case against Solucorp. If that is the case, so be it! There are other available forums both within and external to the SEC that are available to hear such issues for those who desire to pursue the matter further.

In his gut, which has served hawkeye so well in the past, hawkeye firmly believes that at an unseen level, anti-competive elements are the driving force behind the Commission's proceeding against Solucorp. hawkeye, as always, will continue to seek the truth.

hawkeye is not familiar with your agency's regulations respecting ex parte communications between Commission staff and external interested persons. If hawkeye believes it necessary to comply with those regulations, he will file a hard copy of this message with the Secreatary of the SEC when, and if, a formal hearing docket is opened initiating a formal proceeding against Solucorp.

Sincerely,

hawkeye (not Hawkeye)
