that was the old time... with fast track, you go to the front of the line for each process and it can be weeks... but it ain't cheap and it means the others are delayed or the process and price quotes are designed to allow for a certain number of fast tracks. We used to pay for fast track for all R&D lots because delaying time to market had exponential consequences.
