I'm not sure whether you were serious with that comment, but... Developing a system that says sell at 4:00 pm is the easiest part of a mechanical system... Simply add a new rule:

IF current time >= 15:59 then CLOSE ALL TRADES

The challenge is to develop a very selective mechanical system that can overcome commission, the spread, and execution quality to consistently make money. This is much more difficult than most newcomers might realize.
