Larry,
Why would the SEC or the Brits for that matter visit the SOLV plant? If it were about the M.G. affair as the post from racer would imply, any records and/or relevant answers would come from records / presonnel at corp. headq. in Albq. The same would be true for any Reg S or D data. To go to the plant would be silly w/r to investigations of that nature. What, given I have no more info than you, makes more sense to me is that the Regulatory agencies are following up on the charges of stock manipulation. One facet of stock manipulation is false information -- Assensio, has been claiming that the plant is a sham, trucking in the bitumen not producing it, adinfinitium. The only way to get a perspective on questions of this nature, would be to see the plant. If there is an operational plant -- then there is obvious deception in the " news releases " by asensio. If, the plant is a sham, they have a chance to protect investors.
I hope you fellows find some shares to sell me tomorrow -- my bets are up.
