Amy, frankly I'm getting tired of you trying to hammer that point into my head, that we need more women leaders and that men just have to move over and accept that "truth." Anyone who doesn't completely see it your way has a "lack of empathy and understanding."

Meanwhile, you come across as extremely arrogant and close-minded, which is typical of your colleagues in your political circle. You say men like me feel "threatened" by women and diversity? Give me a break, you don't know me. Typical feminist prejudice.
