Dave, VIPM, the only reason I bought it because of the same theory you are using. I have not had the time to thoroughly DD it. One of two things is happening: 1. The shorts are attempting to hold it down, but the flood gates are about to bust. 2. A merger or acquisition is about to take place. It is definitely being manipulated. I am a speculator on these pennies. My best DD and sense tells me it is about to pop. TTRIF is a prime example. I never was able to get a hold of anyone and no one ever returned my call, but I could tell by the way it was trading that is was going to take off. Now, I am not saying VIPM is going to take off like TTRIF, but I believe the MMs are going to have to let it fly soon. If there are shorts in VIPM; then .30 to .40 is not out of the question. TTRIF, YEAH BABY! I locked all of my profits in on TTRIF today. Those PRs they put out today made me sick to my stomach. I can not believe a company would resort to such hype. TTRIF, who know's it may go to $1.00 or $2.00, but it is going there with out me. Cheers!
