Sam, RE: "Are all the processes in place now for 300mm volume production or is the technology only capable of pilot plant testing currently?" I don't believe there are production ready lithography tools and I have doubts about other tools. I am not sure there are any pilot lines actually producing chips now. I don't think there is much of a supply of 300mm wafers. RE: "KLAC is due to announce EPS this Tuesday afternoon." I don't think I have listened to KLAC's CC. They are not a particularly good indicator of industry trends because their sales are neither technology nor capacity driven in the normal sense. I expect the report to move the equips lower if it disappoints. There is a chance that future guidance will far exceed expectations. If this happens, the reaction will be very instructive for near term prospects and I expect good news to be ignored. Cary
