david and thread....take a look at Veeco Instruments [veco]....great little company[only 8 to 9 million shares outstanding,so it's a little volatile]....it was hit for about 10 points last week....it is closed around 50,down from a high of 74 a month or two ago......it is just some pre- earnings jitters [oct.23],washing out the weak sisters....IMHO it's a buy.......
