Larry's best NC design, and the one he is going to go with is based on an Intel P-133.

Intel chips are easily the price/performance leaders. Sparc, Alpha, PowerPC, etc., chips can't come close.

He's talking about the semiconductor industry downturn, not the macro (US) economy.
