MrB: Thanks for taking the time to respond. I've heard sentiments similar to those you've expressed from others now that I'm actually looking for a mac. I guess the discouraging part is, had I not purchased the stock and begun monitoring this thread, purchasing a mac wouldn't have crossed my mind. Wintel juggernaut indeed. The local dealer has offered to install the particular windows program I need and get it up and running. Guess its time to take the plunge. Thanks again for the insight. Pierre
