DDIM currently has 11.97 mm shares outstanding (12.073 mm outstanding less 101,000 treasury shares) Market cap is currently $388 mm. For comparison's sake, KEA has market cap of $1,875 mm, 4.8x more. However, KEA has 20x as many employees as DDIM (6,018 vs 290) and 31x more 96 revenues ($467mm vs $15mm).

The only way to justify DDIM's current valuation, is to assume significant Ardes 2K or licensing revenues. I see little evidence of either.
