I shared my experience as a young woman at a college barely 20 years old and what I was experiencing. I did not write this to debate the veracity of it. I only wanted to share my experience to indicate why I believed as I did.

Later I read Gulag 19 and other books. I was aware of what Stalin was and did but not in 1951 and 52..

So I do not see how we could have differing views on Communist Russia since mine have changed since that period. I used it only as an example not as a challenge or debatable subject.

Your analogies are unnecessary as I explain above.
