Brian- I'm a Coldwell agent. No one in my office automatically uses any of the CD services because by law they can't pay us. All things being equal,we have relationships with people with other companies that have been nurtured through the years. There is no incentive to change to the CD relationships just to benefit the corp. entity. They take a huge cut of every transaction as it is so we resent them pushing these other products down our throats for nothing but corporate gain. On the other hand, if the service CD provided was significantly better every agent would use them in order to give the client the best service possible.
