What is the likelyhood of Sandisk seeing below $11.50 in the coming quarters to meet the requirement of the "noted" value investor to have EV/R of less than 0.5?

In my original post, I didn't mean to imply that SNDK would hit that level. As I recall, I mentioned EV/R as a better metric than just plain P/S.
