Dennis...

Today, I visited Identicator in San Bruno unanounced to get a sensing
of them. They occupy a small office suite (about 1000 sq ft) on the
third floor of a large 3 story building within a new office complex. The
directory listed under the company heading two names (Oscar R. Pieper and
Harry F. Camp). I introduced myself as an investor
looking for info. The rep provided no info other than they are a
private company and have been around for 25 years. I cordially (and
more than once) asked to see their products and /or sales brochures.
The rep responded "can't show you any of our products because we
don't know who you are and we're now revising new brochures."
Because of the lack of cooperation( and a healthy dose of paranoia),
the meeting did not last long, like ten minutes. The rep did say
that they are in the law enforcement end of the business and are
talking to a lot of big people. His perception of IDX is that it is
into T & A.

Normally I am welcomed when I visit companies. Identicator is an
odd duck. To be frank, the company strikes me as not a duck but an
immature tadpole that's been flopping around for years.
