You guys are missing the big picture! Look and see owns Elbit Hint (a holding company). What is a white knight! Who is the white knight! With the new stock issued how much does management hold. How much does Elbit hold! What is the total? Who cares how much Elbit paid for the stock. Lotan and Glazier are not stupid. MRVC had a secondary offering Jan 1995. This gives them worldwide sales. This enables them to not be so dependant on US sales.This makes them more attractive! Don't worry br happy! All the best, Bob
