No, I'm basing my assumption that reform is working on comments made by Lou Thompson. I also haven't seen an news lately about frivolous shareholder suits against biotech companies in the trade press. I remember quite a few such articles before the legislation was passed.

If I have time, I'll do some research on this question. If you are aware of any such data, please let me know.
