pc, I'm not paying much attention to SPQ just now. I'm in it for "small change" and am presently spending my time on matters of more urgency. I look at SPQ as a "small change" investment to acquire and forget. If things work well, they will be spectacular. If not, and if SPQ becomes a very big zero, it won't matter much to me. In fact, I acquired my shares at substantially higher prices. Sorry. Can't help with any DD. Have you called the new investor relations person? VP
