The last posts of shorts is for 235,000+ as of 11/98. That was up from 148,000 in 10/98. My hope is to see that number even higher for 12/98. If they short a stock on the way down, it helps to push the share price lower (this would be sellers plus shorters pushing). When the share price has turned and made a bottom as we may have done here, you tend to get the new investors plus the shorts covering, not to mention the long term holder reluctant to sell. Alittle good news would be prime time for ENER now.
