As with most option plans, there was some date after leaving that any vested shares must be exercised ... I believe 30 or 60 days.

I'm not sure if this is the same question or not ... I think that after they have vested I might *have* to exercise at a certain point ... but I'm not sure. When leaving the company, again, there was a 30 or 60 day window that exercising must be done ...
