I was referring to their total cash and short-term investment position, which (from memory) I believe is just shy of $400 million. I was not suggesting that they were going to spend 400 big ones on the buy-back, just that I would put money in the bank to work on innovation.

Haven't owned BGEN in years. I'm no expert on the company. Just ate some calls, a bet on enthusiasm developing in response to a PNAS paper. Stupid.
