Peter, On a CNBC interview this PM, Bill Gross mentioned 60% as a conservative number; and offered to manage the bailout funds for free - no fees of any nature whatsoever. In the Bill Gross authored article that you posted, [I skimmed through it] I thought I saw a 65% number. In any case, it's still premature to assume Congress will do anything useful. IMO Ian
