the complaint says babish tried to get control of the company.
that is true.
it did not happen in april.it happened when they tried to oust
the chairman, rhodes.
as to the the gag rule..a judge rules and decided as to the
merit of it. so if the judge beleives it is necesary, its
too easy to say otherwise.
as to the back up for fda intervention..well, that was under the
control of babish and koch..they were in charge at the time of the
product scheduled launch.they were the ones in place.
what esle? i forget all the questions..
actually, it now clears the air for the sockholders.
no product, no management, no money..
so, let the stock drop in price. maybe it will, and maybe it
won't..
only the shadow knows for sure..
