Alberta is considering raising royalties on oil, gas, and oil sands. Might account for the decline in SU and CNQ today. Two links are :

I've exited my positions in SU and CNQ this morning, and will wait for a better entry point. At the moment, it's prudent to
consider :

(1) it's only a recommendation
(2) no response until mid October
(3) oil is going up regardless

I've been wrong almost as many times as Paul Senior.
