Too funny... that they just can't and won't ever bring themselves to speak the truth... that Putin RIGHTLY had a very strong Hillary aversion. It's probably close to the only thing I'd agree with Putin on. It's not exactly rocket science. When she got shit-faced drunk and tore the emergency stop button for the hot tub off of the wall of the hotel... and then presented it to Lavrov while saying it was a "reset" button ? The Russians knew two things: "this is not a serious person"... it says "emergency stop" and that's the right answer. U.S. relations with Russia won't normalize until the Hillary camp of deep state grifters are all dead.
