You should ask yourself why they're flying at such low altitudes since, like our satellites, they could see and hear anything they desired from space.
I think you should ask yourself that, actually. I mean, why would they?

Perhaps, IF "they" are here, "they" are their strictly mechanical "drones" controlled from who knows where?
