No, Saddam ended up in a hole dining on rat pate because Bush took him out after he refused to comply with the toothless UN's resolutions.

Let me remind you that it's looking very much like certain members of the UN were being bribed by Saddam to prevent UN action. Why doesn't that bother you even a little bit? I don't see you complaining about that.
