1. Its an amended complaint, not a report
2. They can put any garbage they want to into a complaint.
3. They are simply rehashing old material
4. How many have now signed on to this big "class action" suit?
5. They'll probably be throwing the kitchen sink at SOLV and
John R. next week as they move closer to production.
