Barry: NCTI is a small, unprofitable firm that has patented technology concerning the manipulation of sound waves, usually with the objective of lessening noise (thus the name). INTC has just licensed NCTI's ClearSpeech technology. I imagine it has to do with improving sound quality and enhancing MMX, not to mention the huge potential of internet telephony. The stock has been in the toilet for some time, but I think it deserves a look!. Andy Hewson
