Let's not forget what Robin suggested, however: because of this "gag" rule, even if set by the 'judge', we only get to hear one side of this accusative story. After all, Robin makes an EXTREMELY valid point: Babish WANTS to hold a shareholders meeting. How much wrong doing could he have done? Why would he want to put himself through something like that if he is "Mr. Bad Guy"?

as to the back up for fda intervention..well, that was under the
control of babish and koch..they were in charge at the time of the
product scheduled launch.they were the ones in place.

Paul, I thought most of us assumed sometime back that Mr. Rhodes was the main contributor of PRLN's past blunders? Now you imply that it was all Mr. Koch and Mr. Babish behind the problems of the past? Although I am not certain for sure, I don't agree. When was it that Rhodes actually lost control, and all power was passed over to the two men that are no longer with the Company? I don't think he ever 'left.' He was going to step down at the shareholders meeting wasn't he?

As usual, only time will tell 99% of the truth. :) Happy trading everyone.
