Sources at Lehman's say Niles will speak this afternoon re CPQ's shift to IT solutions. They tried to buy PXCN about a month ago at 5.25 but were outbid by Didata at 7.50. LUMT's main focus now is IT solutions, check PR this week re Enron. Plus LUMT opened a large office in Houston where CPQ has it's headquarters in early May. Imo good spec buy here with big upside potential.
