Noticed also $15million of that $81million in assets is receivables on $60million in sales, which means an AR turnover of 4 times, avg outstanding of 90 days. Haven't looked at the industry, but that seems a long time for a printing business, which is not high margin, if I'm not mistaken (GM 25%, NI in the most recent quarter about 1 1/2%). OTOH, Cannacord has sure been buying hard in the past few days... WUWT
