AREM This worths a gamble for 300 shares.

Aremissoft (AREM) 13.61 +0.96 (+7.8%): -- Update -- Upon the resumption of trading, stock spiked to an intraday high of $15.45. Investors emboldened by news of the increased share buyback. However, more significant is the recapitalization the company is attempting. If successful could potentially create a major squeeze in this heavily shorted stock. According to company, once recapitalization is approved by the shareholders and approved for trading, all common stock share certificates will be promptly recalled by the transfer agent, meaning that shorts will be called in on the stock... One thing is for certain, this gambit is certain to keep the company in the spotlight. Question is, will this recapitalization go off without a hitch?
