Regarding the stock performance since the August high, I can only
point out the similar trends in small cap indices like the Russell
2000 which went from 410 in August to 303 in October and is
starting to recover now. The Wilshire Small Cap has a similar chart.
With a micro-cap like BCB, because of the extra risk involved,
a typical investor will often try to mitigate the risk by imposing
a more stringent investment criteria, i.e., holding the company
to financial targets and punishing when it doesn't meet them.
For a young company simultaneously developing products and
channels for emerging markets, there is no history to guide
setting financial targets, almost ensuring a depressed stock
price until it can prove its potential through improving
financial performance, quarter by quarter.

Yes, we do intend to proceed with a NASDAQ-track strategy,
with the first step being a co-listing on the OTC Bulletin
Board. Listing rules have tightened so we're complying
with the new requirements and expect to meet them over
the next quarter.

The OTC BB listing will also make us eligible for a new
investor audience in the US, for which we have a publicity
campaign that will unfold as we hit internal milestones.
