Rumor of Cusano's ties with AMES in the past may result in a buyout can not be realistic. SVCDQ is in a downword spiral. AMES is picking up debt in its own expansion. Only immediate profits can be interesting for AMES.

Gap just had a CEO jumped ship to Walmart; so that is not likely an immediate prospect. Although Fleet might pull the string to save the loans if they were given all the stock at the exit of chapter 11. Fleet would also have to spin off other SVCDQ assets.
