Kerm

I just came back from downtown where I renewed my internet account.
My local internet provider is in the Alberta Stock Exchange Tower.
A few floors below are the offices of Neutrino Resources so I stopped
in for a chat.
When I told them I had Avatar shares and I wasn't to happy with their
offer, they gave me the sales pitch.
They basically repeated what you have just posted and gave me an
information package.
The latest news release was from September 30 indicating they had completed their financing with City Bank for $5 million at 5.5%.
The spokesperson (I should have written his name down) pointed out the
good interest rate and I agreed.
He also said there is another merger deal in the works but it isn't finalized yet.
He hinted the reason Avatar is sell out is because of the size of the company, they have trouble arranging financing. Sound plausible to me.
Altogether, I was fairly impressed, they were most helpful and very efficient.
I also made a side trip to Spire Energy which was not as successful.
There was no one to talk to, they were in meetings, and when I got home and looked at the investor package, I realized the lates news release was from June.
I'll need a little time to read through the information and get
back to you if I see anything new.

John
