Did not hear about the lawsuit in the last few days, however if anything materially wrong (for XNX) had gone on we would have heard about it. Will they have money? Again, if they did not have money today I think we would have heard about it. I think everything will be pretty quiet during the holidays. As soon has I get an update on the lawsuit I will be happy to share that with you.
