Sure those from the outside that moved to or spent considerable time in the small town deep south understand. Most of this county hasn't but is getting up to speed lately. Many I know who cling to the GOP that have northern roots have never even met the base. I tell them to go spend a few days in those towns and they would see the attitudes and service is not much different from ghetto up north they understandably avoid like the plague and connect with Dem's great society welfare state..
