"The ban is completely illogical." It probably has something to do with boosting exports. If the locals stop buying there will be more leftover for foreigners. From this point of view, a dollar coming into the country is better than a dollar circulating within the country. Of course, it'll be all the same for Qcom no matter who buys the phone. - Fred
