hank. its the labeling issue. the fda does not want it to inply that it is medicine and there is the "rub". they will change the labeling to meet the governments demands..... as to who ran prln.. robin thinks that it goes by shares owned. he is completely incorrect in his thinking. a board of directors runs any company.period. they hire and fire.last year they, the board fired, replaced, call it what you will rhodes..they created a three person committe to run prln. koch, babish, and rhoades. he was outvoted and had no say.he did not have the boards favor. so babish and koch were the persons in charge of prln. just like i said when robin posted my long ago post. when i wrote it, i had no idea babish was selling his shares and leaving us in the cold. why not ask babish how many shares he sold and when and at what price... then again, who said the company would not hold a stockholder meeting? rumor mills?
