Darrell: "Once this word hits, how will the street react..." My guess is that the IDC's market capitalization (& share price) will become what it ought to be....approaching QCOM. When for the first time I bought into IDC at around $5+ (and I have been adding since...), I was surprised at how cheap it is, given the fundementals & prospects. At this pace, I am fairly sure, that we will have a Gorilla on our hand---i.e., assuming the rumors about buyout does not pan out. A buyout is clearly against the interest of the long-term investors who appreciate visionary companies and hold on for true appreciation in the long-run. kind regards, ManX
