engineer, I wasn't even trying to say anything to begin with. I was just surprised to see no one had posted the H&Q report. They have "some" contrary opinions to some of the more bullish posters here. Such as, declining margins and declining ASP of ASIC's and declining sequential quarterly EPS growth in FY '00. Has that been debated? I don't know if it has or not. Does that make them right? No. Does it make them wrong? No. Just a contrarian opinion that I would have liked to see debated. Also, I am VERY long so it has nothing to do with being short or spreading FUD. Regards, MileHigh
